The Peter Pan collar and short sleeves are beautifully detailed with hand faggoting. The bottom of the skirt has 2 sections of 8 pin tucks, in between sections and in the hemline there is a lace that runs all the way around to the back, with a 8 button down for closure and long sashes. It is just stunning!
