This is a beautiful cotton dress that is ready for your smocking design or your smocking plate, aka ready to smock dress. The bishop style is made in 100% melon cotton fabric and the plates around the collar in baby sizes have 5 rows in the neck line, toddler sizes 6 rows and sizes 5 and up 7 rows, and all puffy short sleeves have 3 rows for smocking.
