Terms of Service
All orders will be shipped same or next business days, Monday through Friday, by the requested shipping method, Overnight weekday services and Saturday delivery are available at additional cost.
Overnight weekday services, must be paid by noon Eastern US time zone, M ~ Thursday, in order to be processed and shipped the same day.
Carouselwear is not responsible for shipment delays; this is beyond our control.
Please make sure you ask any and all specific questions pertaining to our products sizes, shipping and price, before purchasing.
We want you to enjoy your product as soon as possible and avoid shipping delays and additional shipping charges. Thank you for your business!
Carouselwear reserves to right to change its policies or conditions.
No Returns will be Accepted without Prior Approval or RMA Number!
Carousel Wear takes great pride in our products, which are made with care. We value all our customers and hope that you will enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them available to you.
Our terms are simple if you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within five days of arrival at firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide us with the following:
1. The order number.
2. Dress size and quantity.
3. Amount paid .
4. State reason why you would like to return items(s) and action you would like us to consider.
We will review your request and provide you with a response. If you need a replacement due to size, we will gladly replace your item with another similar. If the customer requests a refund, all original tags must accompany the item(s) and must be in new condition, with no wear, tear or stains. You have 2-3 business days to return the items with the provided RAM.
15% restocking fee will be accessed on all refunds, shipping is not refundable! No refund on seasonal items.
Christening gowns and special occasion dresses will receive a store credit only!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return items; make sure its insured and has a tracking number.
