Accenting the dress is a panel of pink hand smocking along the bodice. Along the neckline and arms of the sleeveless dress are pink scallops. Also, above the hemline of the dress is a thin line of pink fagoting. This dress is made in 100% cotton, fully lined and perfect for your little one!
The dress was lovely but I would have preferred the headband (or head bow) to use the same materials. The headband does not match the dress’s quality.
